Our vision is to raise up and invest in leaders who will launch and grow thriving mentoring ministries.

We do that by equipping and encouraging leaders through relational connection, Christ-centered resources, and collaborative gatherings.

We want three things:

  • A healthy Christian mentoring presence in every community led by mentors trained in best practices.

  • Strong connections and collaboration among Christian mentoring organizations nationwide.

  • Raising up the next generation of Christian mentoring leaders to launch and grow mentoring ministries.

We make that happen in two ways:
