The Mentoring Leadership Summit is a three-night gathering where Christian mentoring leaders can step away from the daily demands of ministry, build meaningful relationships, and return home refreshed.

Hosted at Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado Springs, the Summit includes extended meals, worship, breakout sessions, hikes, and time to connect with God and other leaders. Executive leaders, board members, and program staff can learn from experienced mentoring professionals, exchange practical ideas, and form relationships with peers who understand the work.

The goal is simple: help Christian mentoring leaders feel encouraged, equipped, and ready to continue serving their mentors, kids, families, and communities. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend. Mentoring Leadership Summit

Christian Mentoring 101 will help your mentors stop overthinking the work and start showing up with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Help mentors understand what Christian mentoring is, what their role is, and what healthy success actually looks like. Equip them to build trust, overcome common obstacles, and stay faithful when mentoring gets hard. Send them back more encouraged, less isolated, and ready to build safe, consistent, Christ-centered relationships with kids from hard places. Perfect for new mentors, current mentors who need fresh encouragement, and organizations, churches, or schools looking for a Christ-centered way to train and retain great volunteers.

This seven-week cohort is designed for executive directors, ministry leaders, and emerging leaders who want to grow in both personal and organizational leadership. Together, we will explore what it means to lead from faith instead of fear, keep your relationship with God and your family in the right place, build a culture people want to be part of, clarify your vision and goals, develop a healthy team, and empower others to lead.

Each week combines biblical leadership principles, practical tools, honest conversations, and real-world application. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside other leaders who understand the pressure, responsibility, and privilege of leading a ministry or organization.

By the end of the cohort, you will have greater clarity about who you are as a leader, where your organization is going, how to build the team you need, and how to stop carrying everything by yourself.

You do not have to lead alone, and you were never meant to do everything yourself. This cohort will help you lead with greater health, courage, clarity, and confidence while developing the people around you to do the same.
