The Mentoring Leadership Summit is a three-night gathering where Christian mentoring leaders can step away from the daily demands of ministry, build meaningful relationships, and return home refreshed.
Hosted at Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado Springs, the Summit includes extended meals, worship, breakout sessions, hikes, and time to connect with God and other leaders. Executive leaders, board members, and program staff can learn from experienced mentoring professionals, exchange practical ideas, and form relationships with peers who understand the work.
The goal is simple: help Christian mentoring leaders feel encouraged, equipped, and ready to continue serving their mentors, kids, families, and communities. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend. Mentoring Leadership Summit
