Our mentees aren’t looking for extraordinary. They’re looking for ordinary, commonplace adults who will show up for them and love them just as they are. From our mentee’s perspective, if you’re there for them, you’ve already made an impact. When Average Joe mentor shows up they might as well be one of the Avengers.
